After the survey was complete, if you saw a screen that indicated the number of points you received in orange, the points have already been added to your account. In some cases it may take a moment to appear. After the survey was complete, you may have seen a screen that indicated that it would be up to 8 weeks until Points will be distributed. Some surveys do not distribute rewards until all responses have been collected. In some cases the survey will still appear in your Open surveys list.
