I did not receive a verification code for my point exchange
Please check your inbox for an email from Rakuten Insight Surveys with the subject "Point Shop - Verification Code".
If you cannot find it, please check that it did not end up in your Promotions or Spam folders.
The email will contain a 6-digit code that you must enter to proceed.
