Rewards
There is record of payment from Rakuten Insight in my PayPal account
PayPal rewards will be sent only to the email address you use to sign into Rakuten Insight Surveys. If this email address is not the same as your PayPal account, you may be unable to receive the reward.
If you wish to change the email address you use to sign into Rakuten Insight Surveys, you may do so from the Account Settings page.
If you are having issues with your PayPal account, please contact PayPal to receive support from them. Rakuten Insight Surveys' support team is unable to assist you with your PayPal account.
