How do I exchange Points for PayPal?
To exchange your Points, please navigate to the Point Shop page after signing into your account.
The minimum number of Points required to exchange for PayPal is 500 for $5.00.
There is no fee deducted from the reward.
PayPal rewards will be sent only to the email address you use to sign into Rakuten Insight Surveys. If this email address is not the same as your PayPal account, you may be unable to receive the reward. Please also note that without a PayPal account you will be unable to receive any PayPal rewards.
If you wish to change the email address you use to sign into Rakuten Insight Surveys, you may do so from the Account Settings page.
