When will my reward item be delivered?
There are two ways to check your reward's estimated delivery date.
1 - The confirmation email you received after submitting your exchange request
The email contains an estimated delivery date.
2 - The Processing tab on your Exchange History page
Any reward items you've requested which have not yet been sent will be listed with an estimated delivery date.
The record will move from the Processing tab to the Complete tab after they have been sent. You may confirm the date that the items were sent here.
If the item is listed as Processing, it will be processed in accordance with the estimated delivery date.
If the item is listed as Complete but you have not yet received it, it means that the item has shipped and is in transit. Please allow a few business days to account for any possible delay in shipping.
