How can I check my Point exchange history and estimated delivery dates?
Sign in and navigate to your Exchange History page.
In the Processing tab you can see a list of all requested reward items that have not yet been shipped.
In the Complete tab you can see a list of all sent reward items.
If you have not received a reward item by the estimated delivery date, please allow a few business days to account for any possible delay in shipping.
